With a background in customer service, event hosting, and even cake decorating, Ivy brings a unique blend of creativity, adaptability, and people skills to the team. After years of traveling the world and immersing herself in different cultures, she’s found a home in Asheville and a mission that aligns with her passion for sustainability and community. Ivy thrives on making genuine connections, staying organized amidst the hustle, and supporting customers with warmth and care.

Outside of work, you might catch her painting pet portraits, performing at local open mics, or diving into quirky research projects. Her fun, empathetic energy helps create a welcoming atmosphere at Sugar Hollow—and she’s excited to be part of building a cleaner, greener future.
