Mike was inspired to join Sugar Hollow Solar by his desire to make a positive difference in the world. He is passionate about learning and applying new techniques that support self-sufficient lifestyles and benefit communities as a whole. Known for being loyal, funny, and observant, he brings a balance of discipline and good humor to the team—often lightening the day with jokes while staying focused on quality and craftsmanship.

Outside of work, Mike enjoys mountain biking and, just as importantly, eating snacks along the way. A surprising fact about him: he has actually been struck by lightning—an experience that adds to his already unique perspective and resilience.
