Ben joined Sugar Hollow Solar as an Electrical Craftsperson in February 2025, motivated by a desire to grow his skills and gain hands-on experience with the electrical side of solar installations. With a background in rooftop solar for both residential and commercial PV systems, Ben brings precision, curiosity, and a strong work ethic to every project. In his current role, he supports the Electrical Crew Leader and is constantly learning from experienced teammates to sharpen his craft. Passionate about renewable energy, Ben is excited to help build a cleaner, more sustainable future.

Outside of work, he enjoys movies, music, audiobooks, and gaming—and has a creative streak for turning old books into keepsake boxes. Friendly and inquisitive, Ben is always looking for ways to improve and grow as a solar professional.
