Zachary Bish joined Sugar Hollow Solar in 2025 as a Solar Craftsperson. With a lifelong background in construction and wildland firefighting, Zachary brings hands-on experience and a strong work ethic to his role. He is motivated by his enjoyment of construction work and the opportunity to make a positive difference through renewable energy.

In his position, Zachary helps install solar panels, carefully mapping out optimal locations to ensure efficiency and safety. While electrical work is a new area for him, he is enthusiastic about learning and contributing to the team.

Outside of work, Zachary enjoys spending time outdoors, playing on his PlayStation on his 95-inch TV, and cherishing moments with his wife. He is fluent in American Sign Language (ASL), adding unique communication skills to the team. Known for being curious, optimistic, and an “antisocial extrovert,” Zachary learns quickly and values the strong camaraderie he shares with his crew.
