AJ Lopett joined Sugar Hollow Solar in 2025 as a Solar Craftsperson. Drawn to the opportunity to explore a new career path in a rapidly growing industry, AJ transitioned from the service industry to renewable energy with a strong desire to contribute to meaningful and sustainable work.

In his role, AJ supports the installation and implementation of solar energy systems, helping ensure that clean energy solutions are accessible and effective. He is motivated by the mission of sustainability, especially in a world where resources are increasingly limited.

Outside of work, AJ enjoys hiking, reading, and playing music—and he can play three different instruments. Described as kind, creative, and empathetic, AJ brings positivity and optimism to the team, contributing to a supportive and collaborative work environment.
