Branden joined Sugar Hollow Solar as IT System Administrator in February 2025, inspired by a chance conversation with a team member who shared how meaningful and supportive the work environment is. With a background in software engineering, DevOps, IT, and web design, Branden brings a versatile skill set and a driven, problem-solving mindset to the team. He’s passionate about using technology to empower others and support renewable energy solutions. From maintaining system security to supporting IT projects and streamlining operations, Branden ensures our tech runs smoothly as we grow.

Outside of work, he enjoys 3D printing, tinkering with hardware, riding motorcycles, and snowboarding. He’s also no stranger to hard work—having helped with cleanup efforts after Hurricane Helene and grown up cutting firewood for a wood stove. For Branden, working in solar means helping people gain energy independence and being part of a cleaner, brighter future.
