Caroline joined Sugar Hollow Solar as a Service Technician Assistant in March 2025, drawn to the company’s commitment to teamwork, community, and making a real impact. With a background in coaching, art, and museum work, Caroline’s journey took a creative turn into website design and development before finding her true calling in solar energy. In her current role, she assists with inspections, maintenance, and repairs for residential and commercial solar systems, ensuring everything runs smoothly and safely. Caroline is excited to learn and grow within the solar industry while helping customers transition to clean energy.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, hiking with her adventure-loving cat, and working on embroidery projects. Described as curious, positive, and outgoing, Caroline brings a passion for craftsmanship, adaptability, and a love for the outdoors to every project. She’s thrilled to contribute to Asheville’s sustainable energy future.
