With a professional background spanning marketing, administration, and freelance event management, Kaitlin leads the company's outreach efforts. Her focus is on planning events and building strong regional partnerships that foster connection, enhance the client experience, and promote renewable energy.

Known for being spontaneous, kind, and easygoing, Kaitlin brings creative, big-picture thinking and a deeply positive energy to the team. She has personally experienced the practical benefits of renewable energy and is excited to share its long-lasting environmental impact with others. Outside of work, Kaitlin can usually be found at the local climbing gym, hiking in the forest, practicing yoga, or hunting for great local cafe recommendations.
