Julian Shepler-Licht joined Sugar Hollow Solar in the spring of 2025 as a Solar Craftsperson. With a professional background as a Fiber Optic Technician, Julian was inspired to make a meaningful career shift in search of work that aligned more closely with his values and desire to contribute to a more sustainable future.

In his current role, Julian focuses on the installation of solar panel systems, bringing precision, reliability, and a calm, level-headed approach to every project. Known for his honesty and determination, Julian is valued for his ability to remain composed under pressure and to bring steady energy to the team.

A recent transplant to the region, Julian is eager to explore the surrounding mountains and enjoy time outdoors hiking, fishing, and kayaking. He is also excited to take on new challenges, including learning to play the guitar and ride a motorcycle. Deeply committed to giving back to the world we live in, Julian is proud to be part of a company that supports renewable energy and environmental stewardship.
