Aiden Lail
Solar Craftsperson
Aiden Lail joined Sugar Hollow Solar in 2026 as a Solar Craftsperson. He joined the team looking for a change of pace and enjoys the hands-on nature of the work and opportunity to learn the solar trade. With a background in operating heavy machinery and working on cars, Aiden brings a practical, hands-on approach to his work.
Outside of Sugar Hollow Solar, Aiden enjoys golfing, playing pool, and snowboarding and skiing. He’s outgoing, calm, and always ready to bring a good mood to the table. Fun fact: Aiden won a citizenship award when he was 12!
