Lando Nez joined the Sugar Hollow Solar team in 2026 as a Solar Craftsman, bringing a strong appreciation for culture, teamwork, and a positive workplace environment. With a background in engineering and utilities, Orlando focuses on installing solar panels and contributing to high-quality field work that supports clean energy projects.

Outside of work, he enjoys mountain biking and camping, and once walked across the country from San Francisco to Washington, D.C.—a reflection of his endurance and adventurous spirit. He’s motivated by time spent outdoors and the opportunity to help protect the planet through renewable energy.
