Matt joined Sugar Hollow Solar in 2026 as a Field Service Technician, combining his background in an Electrician Apprenticeship with a passion for renewable energy and a family-like workplace. He helps maintain the performance of residential and commercial solar systems through preventative maintenance and ongoing service.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys hiking, video games, and logic puzzles. He's currently learning Japanese and hopes to visit Tokyo one day. Known for being persistent, easy-going, and tech-savvy, Matt strives to approach every interaction with understanding and kindness!
