Important Update: Unauthorized Service Offers, and How to Protect your Solar System and Warranty

Sugar Hollow Solar is alerting homeowners of a situation that has recently been reported by several clients.

We have gotten numerous reports of homeowners receiving calls from a 3rd party claiming there is an issue with their solar system. In some cases, these individuals have incorrectly stated that they are working with Sugar Hollow Solar, the utility company, or with the system’s manufacturer.

Please know that Sugar Hollow Solar does not conduct unsolicited door-to-door service visits, nor will we call from unidentifiable sources. If our team ever needs to contact you regarding your system, we will reach out directly through our official communication channels.

Allowing an unauthorized company to inspect, modify, or service your system could void your workmanship warranty and potentially the manufacturer’s warranty. For that reason, we strongly recommend reaching out to us if anyone contacts you about your solar system.
